Chinese Patent Full-text in Chinese is produced by the Publishing House of the State Intellectual Property Office. The file includes all patents published in the People's Republic of China since the opening of the Chinese Patent Office April 1, 1985.

The data is based on Shipping Bills of Entry Invoices filed with Chinese customs, which contains the exporters names, company code, address, telephone, fax Numbers, product, quantity, date of shipment, and HS Codes etc.
